The LakeShore condominiums are also located within the larger SSOA boundaries and are located across the street from our historical pavilion and park. Regular meetings of this sub-association are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 7pm (SSOA clubhouse). Dues for the LakeShore Condoes HOA are $110 per month.
