Marina Village
Marina Village is a small community also located within the larger SSOA boundaries and is a non-profit corporation of home owners for a planned unit development located in Saratoga Springs, Utah. Formed in 1997, Marina Village has 41 privately owned single and twin town homes on the NW shore of Utah Lake.
Surrounded by wetlands and a beautiful historic park, MV is a resort community unlike anything you will find in the entire state of Utah. Only 10 minutes from I-15, with the Provo Jordan River Parkway walking/bike trail running past the entrance of the neighborhood and extending several miles in either direction. Just a few yards from the natural hot springs resort swimming pool and clubhouse, the private marina and historic picnic pavilion, this is an ideal location to enjoy the peace and beauty of nature in a resort setting.
Marina Village residents hale from locations around the globe. We are all ages and various backgrounds, but the thing we share in common is our enjoyment of the breathtaking views of majestic mountains to the east and west along with the picturesque lake and large old trees. We all enjoy watching the migratory birds and catching a glimpse of a doe and fawn sprinting across the field at the entrance of the neighborhood.
